Calming Down The Winds

When we are connected and grounded in Mother Earth, our power is always on.

In the early hours of Friday, March 2, 2018, we had a high wind warning in effect until late Saturday, March 3, 2018, with a northwest wind 30 to 40 mph and gust up to 70 mph.

The roaring of the wind, the rolling trash bins and broken tree limbs heighten our senses, and brought us into an awareness of the matter at hand.

In some cases, schools, governments, and airports were closed, or had delays.  Many businesses and homes were without power either for a short while, or for the entire duration of this warning.

This power outage left many feeling vulnerable, frustrated, disappointed, separated, upset, lost and disconnected from the source and power of electricity.

We may not have control over the outer forces of the winds, or how much time it will take Pepco to restore our power back on, but we do have a divine power source  that never losses power if we stay connected to that source.  Our power source provides us with gifts, tools and practices we can use to regain  and turn our inner power back on when we are experiencing warnings signs of a cold front, or gusting winds are about to occur that may knock our power out for a short or long period of time.

For gifts, tools, and practices we can use for turning our power back on and to regain our balance, calmness, peace, understanding and connectedness to our true power source, God turn to pages 164-165 of my book, Yes Speak To Our Hearts Holy Spirit-Through Our Daily Practice of Listening, Recognizing, and Using Your Unlimited Gifts and Power.
