Confucius, once said, “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”
Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., once said, “If you want to learn something read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. And if you want to master something teach it.”
Hadiah says, “If you want the best version of yourself then it is wise to practice daily some form of prayer. It is wise to practice daily some form of meditation. And it is wiser to daily put your practice into motion.”
It is in the doing that we understand ourselves, it is in the teaching and learning about ourselves that we become masters of ourselves. It is through our daily practice that we become the best versions of ourselves.
Practice, practice, practice is what it takes to create and to sustain the best versions of ourselves. No, it ain’t easy, but it is necessary for ourselves and for the planet.
